Support of foreign investments

 Investment activity - one of the most active of business activities of foreign companies and citizens, enabling the organization directly through the production of goods and services, trade and others. in Ukraine with the assistance of his capital profit.
To date, the main regulatory legal acts of Ukraine regulating relations in the sphere of investment activity are:
• Law of Ukraine "On Securities and Stock Exchange" from 23.02.2006 № 3480-IV;
• Law of Ukraine "On investment activity" of 18 September 1991 r. № 1560-XII;
• Law "On Foreign Investment" on 19 March 1996 r. № №93 / 96-BP;
• Law of Ukraine "On State Regulation of Securities Market in Ukraine" dated 30 October 1996. Number 448/96-BP;
• Customs Code of Ukraine;
• Tax Code of Ukraine;
• RCMU "On Approval of the Procedure state registration of foreign investments" dated August 7, 1996 r. №928;
• RCMU "On approval of the issuance, registration and payment of bills, issued while importing to Ukraine property as share of foreign investor to the statutory fund of enterprises with foreign investments, as well as agreements (contracts) on joint investment activity and payment of import duty case of alienation of property "on August 7, 1996 r. number 937.

Foreign investments - valuables invested by foreign investors in objects of investment activity according to the legislation of Ukraine for profit.
       The most common forms of foreign investment:
 creation of enterprises wholly owned by foreign investors;
 partial participation in enterprises established jointly with Ukrainian legal entities and individuals;
 acquisition of existing enterprises;
 acquisition of immovable or movable property, including houses, apartments, buildings, equipment, vehicles and other facilities owned or in the form of shares, bonds and other securities;
 acquisition of rights to use land and natural resources in Ukraine.
