War crimes recognized under section XIX of the Criminal code offences against the legislation or objection of military service committed by servicemen and liable for military service and reservists during the passage fees.

For relevant articles in this section are responsible members of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, security Service of Ukraine, the State border service of Ukraine, National guard of Ukraine and other military formations formed according to laws of Ukraine, State special transport service, State service of special communication and information protection of Ukraine, as well as other persons defined by law.

Persons not listed above for complicity in war crimes punishable under the relevant articles of the said section.

A person who commits a crime under articles of the said section may be released from criminal liability according to article 44 of this Code with the application to it of measures under the Disciplinary Charter of Armed forces of Ukraine.
