The change in Art. 204. Violation of the order of employment, admission to study, housing, registration of foreigners

The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine voted to pass bill No. 4541 of April 28, 2016, which decided to amend Art. 204 КУoАП, namely, after the words "acting on the territory of Ukraine" add the words "individuals - entrepreneurs using wage labor".

Violation by officials of enterprises, institutions and organizations, regardless of the form of ownership, including foreign economic entities operating in the territory of Ukraine, the established procedure for employment, admission for study of foreigners and stateless persons, housing for them, as well as other violations, if they In any way contribute to foreigners and stateless persons in evading departure from Ukraine after the expiration of their stay or are directed at their illegal registration, registration E documents for residence, - entail the imposition of a fine from one hundred to two hundred non-taxable minimum incomes of citizens.

One non-taxable minimum of incomes of citizens is 17 UAH, that is, a fine is provided from 1700 to 3200 UAH.

That is, after the changes in this article, the responsibility for the violations of the order of employment, admission to study, housing, registration of foreigners and stateless persons, and registration of documents for them, will also apply to physical persons who use hired labor.
