Features of obtaining a temporary residence permit on the territory of Ukraine

Temporary residence permit is a document that confirms the identity of the owner (a foreign citizen), and equals it in rights with citizens of Ukraine, except the right to own agricultural land and voting rights.

Conditions for obtaining temporary residence permits in 2009:

The CMU Resolution № 1074 "On the Rules of entry of foreigners and persons without citizenship to Ukraine, their exit from Ukraine and transit passage" clearly indicated that foreigners and stateless persons who arrived in Ukraine for employment with the permission of the employment center for employment and visa type IM-1, unless otherwise provided by laws and international treaties of Ukraine, bodies of the migration service issued temporary residence permits (WNG).

The documents required for obtaining a temporary residence permit:

 

  • The application of the questionnaire of the established sample (must be signed by the foreign citizen and certified by the seal and signature of the head of the enterprise).
  • A work permit (notarized copy).
  • Statement of state registration of the enterprise.
  • The statement of the statistics Department of the company's registration as a business entity.
  • The original certificate from a Bank regarding the account.
  • Card account of the enterprise in UGIRFO gumvd of Ukraine( subject to availability).
  • The original of the certificate on absence of debts from tax.
  • Passport of non-residents, meaning the national passport of a foreigner (Original + copy with a notarized translation into the Ukrainian language).
  • A copy of the identification numbers of the non-resident.
  • 8 black-and-white photos on matte basis, the size of 3.5 x 4.5 centimeters.
  • The original of the certificate about absence of AIDS.
  • The original of certificate of absence of tuberculosis.
  • Original certificate of no criminal record.
  • A copy of the insurance policy (certificate), the provision of emergency medical care.
  • The document of residence.
  • The original receipt of payment of state duties and services of the migration service.
  • Notarized power of attorney to your representative (if you submit this package of documents through a representative).
