Recent changes in the Ukrainian legislation to simplify business

November 26, 2015 in the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine registered a government bill №3507 on amendments to some legislative acts concerning the simplification of personnel work of the taxpayers of Ukraine. The proposed draft amendments are aimed at the abolition of the labor records. Accounting for employee's work will be carried out electronically. According to the bill, at the conclusion of the employment contract citizen is not obliged to submit the work book.
Also, this week was made a major step towards improving and simplifying the business environment in Ukraine. Namely:
- To establish the impossibility of blocking the work of the supreme body of management of a limited liability company (LLC), the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine November 24, 2015 adopted the Law of Ukraine on Amendments to Article 60 of the Law of Ukraine from September 19, 1991 №1576-XII "On Business Associations" (Bill №2757) on the reduction of the quorum of the general meeting of a limited liability company;
- A foreign company may be registered in the supervisory authority at the place of purchase of the property while providing documents required by current legislation. This was told in a letter GFSU №24798 / 6 / 99-99-11-02-02-15 from 11.20.2015 years;
- The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine November 24, 2015 adopted the Law of Ukraine on Amendments to the Law of Ukraine "On State Registration of Legal Entities and Individual Entrepreneurs" (draft law №1475) regarding the impossibility of amending the Uniform State Register of forged documents.
