EUSUITIN Alexander is a practicing lawyer, managing partner (Director) Advocate - consulting Bureau "UIP". Practicing in the field of legal support of investments, international consulting, criminal law and procedure in the field of Economics.

Experience:

2001 - the legal counsel of a large agricultural processing complex CJSC "Agroton";

2002 - the military Prosecutor's office of Lugansk garrison, military service in the Internal troops of Ukraine (now national guard);

2003-investigator of the Novoaydarsky region of the Luhansk region (the investigation official, business, economic crime, serious against the person, as well as violations of electoral processes)

2005 - the Prosecutor of Department on supervision of execution of laws by special units and other agencies that fight organized crime and corruption (directly implemented prosecutorial oversight on matters in the field of official and economic crimes committed by organized criminal groups, including in the sphere of fuel and energy complex, smuggling and trafficking; supervision over observance of laws by employees of the investigation Department of interior Ministry, the investigative Department of USBU and operational special forces on fight against corruption and organized crime (UBOP, UPPCL (anti-trafficking) and GSBEP (for combating economic crimes) of the Ministry, BCOP (for the fight against corruption and organized crime) UAS), Department of internal security of head Department BOP MIA), led a special theme of the Prosecutor's supervision "human trafficking" and directly involved in the maintenance of prosecution in criminal cases against organized criminal groups and high-profile corruption cases.

2012 - 2014 head of the State enterprise "Luhansk oblast Centre for providing free secondary legal aid at the Coordination center for providing legal assistance under the Ministry of justice of Ukraine. Directly took an active part in the establishment of the system of free legal aid in Ukraine.

Founder of the NGO "Ukrainian Association of immigration lawyers and consultants".

A member of the Ukrainian anti-piracy Association for the protection of the rights to the musical, audiovisual works and computer programs.

A member of the Committee for combating corruption and Vice-Chairman of the investment Committee of the NGO "People's Parliament".

Is an active participant in conferences, seminars and forums on topics of immigration, corporate law, legal tax optimization, investment and establishment of foreign companies, the practice of the European court of human rights.

The expert Public Council at the Ministry of foreign Affairs of Ukraine.

Education:

East Ukrainian national University (2001): faculty of law (Institute of law and international law).

National Academy of the Prosecutor General of Ukraine (2007): implementation of prosecutorial supervision over agencies, institutions and investigative activities against organized crime and corruption.
