The company registration services in Spain include all the activities necessary after accepting the application for entering the company in the commercial register and declaring the commencement of activities for the tax authorities and social security agencies, that is, until you begin to carry out your actions legally in Spain.

These fees are for the sole shareholder, which includes a limited liability company in Spain. If more shareholders were included, the fees may vary. We will need identification documents from a shareholder (a legalized copy of passports if they are physical companies or the appointment of an incorporation and an administrator if the shareholder is going there to be a company, the annual accounts of such a company duly filed before the public Authority, as well as evidence of the origin of the funds - That is, the registration fee comes from the income received from the sale of the company in Ukraine, related to the sale of eg products).

To execute a transaction, you will need to pay:

€ 2000 FEE FOR OUR SERVICES (€ 1,500 PROMOTIONAL OFFER UP TO 31/07/2017)

€ 1.000 Costs (notarial, commodity registration fees ...). This amount will be eliminated at the end of registration, making a balance between this € 1,000 and real costs. If the costs are only 900 euros, we will refund 100 euros to the customer. If they are € 1.100, you will have to pay an additional 100 euros.

3,000 euros. Companies with limited liability require that in Spain the initial share in the capital is 3,000 euros. This money is deposited in the Spanish bank account of a company registered in Spain, by bank transfer, ideally from the EU bank. If this is not possible (which will facilitate the situation) from the bank there, in Ukraine (preferably ING or Deutsche).

After the company is registered, we will charge a monthly fee of 300 euros for accounting and tax (annual tax return and VAT obligations) of a Spanish company registered with a minimum period of the Client's participation for 1 year. If the volume of accounting significantly increases our work in the future, we will review our fees with the Client. Each additional employee that will be attracted by the client will cost 12 euros per month.

At first it can be convenient to use a virtual business center to search for a company. Employees of the virtual business center send you by mail all the messages received there, and the cost is low (about 50 euros per month).
