ORDER
admission of foreigners and persons without citizenship for training
in the East-Ukraine national University named after Volodymyr Dahl in 2012

1. Preparation of foreign citizens and stateless persons is carried out according to the Law of Ukraine «On legal status of foreigners and persons without citizenship» (with amendments), Decrees of the President of Ukraine from 25.03.94 № 112 «On measures on development of economic cooperation of areas of Ukraine with adjacent border areas of the Russian Federation »and from 03.06.94 № 271« About measures on development of economic cooperation of areas of Ukraine with adjacent regions Of the Republic of Belarus and administrative territorial units of the Republic of Moldova ", decrees of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of 26.02.93 № 136« About education of foreign citizens in Ukraine »( with changes) and of 05.08.98 № 1238 «On approval of the Regulations on the admission of foreigners and persons without citizenship for training in higher educational institutions». Foreigners, who are granted state scholarships to international agreements, national programs, other international obligations of Ukraine, are accepted on training on the basis of the directions of the Ministry of education and science, youth and sports within the limits of the state order.

The Ukrainian foreign, which have received a direction for study of the Ukrainian national-cultural societies, at the entry OF them. Was in the directions of training branches of knowledge «pedagogical education», «art», «Humanities», «journalism», «social-political Sciences» enjoy the same rights to education as citizens of Ukraine, including in case of admission to the training on a state order. They take part in a competition on enrolment on the same basis as citizens of Ukraine.

At receipt on other directions of preparation (specialities) foreign украици, which have received a direction for study of the Ukrainian national-cultural societies, shall enjoy the same rights to education as citizens of Ukraine, if they are participants of international Olympiads in General educational subjects, the entrance examinations for which are defined BY them. Foreigners and persons without citizenship, permanently residing in Ukraine, and also granted the status of a refugee in Ukraine, are taken in BY them. Was in the order, established for citizens of Ukraine.

Foreigners, who received a complete General secondary education in foreign schools with study of the Ukrainian language, Ukrainian and foreign are being taken in BY them. Was on entrance examinations, provided for by the rules of admission to DOWN them. Was, within the established quota on the recommendations of the national culture of Ukrainian companies and diplomatic missions of Ukraine abroad.

2. In PARTICULAR them. Was accepted foreigners without restrictions on the grounds of race, colour of skin, political, religious and other convictions, sex, ethnic and social origin, property status, place of residence, linguistic or other characteristics.

3. The admission of foreigners for training is carried out on the basis of:

• international treaties of Ukraine;
• national programmes;
• agreements concluded BY them. Was with legal and physical persons.

Reception of documents is carried out from 16 July to 14 July 2013; enrollment - not later than 15 November 2013.

Foreigners are served in the INTERNAL them. Was the following documents:

• the questionnaire of the established sample;
• a copy of the document about education and received on the disciplines assessment (points);
• the document about the absence of HIV-infection, unless otherwise provided by international treaties of Ukraine;
• medical certificate about state of health, certified by an official health authority of the country of which the foreigner, and issued not later than two months before the departure for studies in Ukraine;
• the insurance policy for the provision of emergency medical care (except for foreigners who arrived from the countries with which were signed the agreements on free provision of emergency medical aid);
• copy of birth;
• 6 photos 60x40 mm;
• a return ticket with an open date of return to the homeland of the term of up to one year.

Specified in sub-paragraphs "b", "d", "e" of documents should be certified according to laws of the country of their issue and legalized in the established order, unless otherwise stipulated by international treaties of Ukraine.

4. Enrolled on the training of foreigners shall be issued a student card.

5. The admission of foreigners for training on international agreements and national programs carried out in the order, stipulated by these documents.

6. Issuance foreigners of invitations on the training is carried out BY them. Was in the order established by the Ministry of education and science, youth and sports of Ukraine.

7. To enter Ukraine in the period from August 15 to November 15 the basis for registration of the visa with the purpose of training is the original of the corresponding invitation and the application of the Ministry of education and science, youth and sports of Ukraine on granting visa support.

8. Foreigners are admitted to the training on the educational-professional program of training of bachelors in THE inmost them. Was on the interview results and on the basis of the agreement concluded in the licensed volume.

9. Foreigners participate in the General competitive selection and are admitted to study in ANY of them. Was on the educational-professional programs of preparation of master's degree, a specialist in the particular speciality according to the Order of formation and performance of competitive selection for training on the educational-qualifying level is master's degree, specialist in INTERNAL them. Was in 2012, within the license volume.

10. Translation of foreigners from ANY of them. Was in another educational institution in the territory of Ukraine is carried out as agreed between educational institutions.

Set and the beginning of registration of documents begins with 01.05.2013 year.

For the possibility of this year it is necessary to address to us for the preparation of the necessary documents and letter of invitation from the Ministry of education of Ukraine, as well as the receipt of visa (especially for citizens of Pakistan, India, Bangladesh, Mexiko, Chile, Nigeria, Tunisia, Tanzania).
