The cost of a lawyer

The cost of services in each case is discussed separately in the consultation and depends on the complexity of the case and level of involved partners and lawyers. Our fee depends on several important factors, which may affect the final cost. In our Office there are several ways of payment, each of which has its advantages. Depending on the selected package (the way of relationship) will depend on payment and its amount.

We distinguish five ways financial relationships with our principals, which are located below the at least increase the final cost for service (1st basic price, 2nd more, 3rd more in 4th depending on the complexity of each action, and the 5th most expensive):

1 – 100% PREPAYMENT of the contract sum for the provision of legal aid at its conclusion (the spread stranany method of payment),

2 - PARTIAL PREPAYMENT of the agreement for the provision of legal assistance in the amount of 30%, 50% or 70%,

3 – HOURLY PAYMENT and payment for every significant action (average $ 100).

4 – GUARANTEED purchase (fee refund in case of negative result). Is paid full cost of the service, but in the case of not achieving the desired result, the money is returned in full or in part.

5 - PAYMENT BY results (the amount of the fee may be significantly higher than in the first 4 options). At the conclusion of such agreement the required Deposit or other security.
