This work like a budding lawyer and he decided to become an investigator, it is his desire that arose at the stage of graduation from secondary school.

After graduation and completing military service (internal troops and the military Prosecutor's office), a certified lawyer was offered the position of investigator in the Prosecutor's office, where she interned and has established itself on the positive side.

For the first year of investigative work in the area, there were 7 homicides for all 3 years of work investigator - 13. Pre-trial investigation in each of the cases was conducted by young investigator Alexander. These were the various cases of murder because of suddenly arisen aversions, out of selfish motives and a domestic murder. Was a murder interfaced to armed assault and penetration into the dwelling of one of the farmers of the district in the future, it was solved with the assistance of the staff of the Department and the perpetrators punished.

Young investigator defended the justice, despite the pressure of the office of investigation and the Deputy Prosecutor of the region - Staci S. P. (now the Deputy Prosecutor of the Kiev region), who, being misled by the leadership of the office of internal Affairs also took an accusatory position in relation to anything not blame the poor fellow. The result is a steady position of the investigator Evsutin the accusation of an innocent and was not charged and he was not prosecuted for a murder he did not commit.

The investigator's work was interesting because the investigator, and in particular the investigator in a particular area really is then independent procedural entity. After three years of work by the investigator of regional Prosecutor's office Alexander for excellent results in the work was transferred to the regional office and appointed prosecutors in the most important Department dealing with the maintenance of prosecution in courts on cases committed by organized criminal groups, as well as oversight of special divisions of the SBU and Ministry of internal Affairs, who were engaged in the fight against organized crime.

Two years Alexander. supervised and supported the prosecution in cases, including homicides committed by organized crime groups. At this time, provided unique experience in court as a first instance, and appeal instance for cases of special category. However, the work in the regional apparatus, in spite of its responsibility and importance, does not deliver satisfaction. The decision to send the case to court was taken by the Deputy Prosecutor of the region, and to support the prosecution was the Prosecutor of the Department, whose opinions are often not taken into account. This did not correspond to the position in life of the young attorney, who is accustomed to act strictly according to law and justice. Such distortions in the position could not be resolved by themselves due to the increased imperative prosecutorial system, even with the lack of evidence needed to support signed by the highest official (the Prosecutor or his Deputy) of the indictment.

Having all the necessary knowledge in the investigative and prosecutorial positions, seeing the inside facts of injustice and fighting against illegal actions of employees of operational and investigative bodies, Alexander. decided to do self-practice and to become a lawyer. After all, to return again in the district and working as an investigator was not interested and remain in the existing positions did not allow conscience. Since that time (2007) it was not necessary to implement the instructions of their superiors, which in most cases cares about performance and not about fairness in determining guilt and punishment of the offender.
