Classification of Species of Specific Purpose of Land (KVTSPZ) is an integral part of the state system of classification and coding of technical, economic and social information.

The purpose of developing the KVTSPZ is to bring it in line with the provisions of the Land Code of Ukraine (2798-III) and the coordination of the objects of the KVTsZP with objects of the Classification of Economic Activities (KVED) (DK 009: 2005).

According to the methodological principles, principles of construction and designation, KVTsZ is a classification that is created to systematize and group information on lands in a format that allows processing and analyzing significant volumes of information.

The code and the name of the designated purpose of the land are one of the main components of the information on the land plot and their main purpose is to ensure:

• accounting of land in the state land cadastre;
• registration of land plots by types of special-purpose designation in the state land register.

LAND OF AGRICULTURAL PURPOSE

This section includes:

- lands granted for the production of agricultural products, agricultural research and training activities, the placement of the relevant production infrastructure, including the infrastructure of the wholesale markets for agricultural products, or intended for this purpose

- land granted for activities in the spheres of hunting, provision of services in agriculture, etc.
