Cascade Investment of bill gates has bought 5% shares of the Ukrainian Kernel Holding SA

Ukrainian agricultural holding kernel, Andrey Verevskiy has received notification from the investment Fund Cascade Investment, controlled by Microsoft founder bill gates, the acquisition of its shares. Investment Fund October 13, acquired shares in Kernel Holding SA, whereby he accumulated 3,984 million shares or 5% of its share capital and number of votes at the meeting. The kernel began work in Ukraine in 1994. The holding specializes in the production of sunflower oil under the trademarks Generous Gift, the pillar, Chumak Gold. Also the company is among the top three export podsolnechnoe oil and grain crops, is a major operator for the storage of grain and oilseeds at elevators.
