Председатель ВССУ Л.Фесенко претендует на место в Верховном Суде Украины?
Леонид Фесенко не исключает возможность своего перехода в Верховный Суд УкраиныСегодня утром «ЮП» из достоверных источников стало известно о намерении председателя Высшего специализированного суда Украины по рассмотрению гражданских и уголовных дел Леонида Фесенко перейти работать в Верховный Суд Украины. По имеющейся информации, вчера он подал соответствующее заявление в Высшую квалификационную комиссию судей Украины.
Следует отметить, что согласно части 1 статьи 39 Закона Украины «О судоустройстве и статусе судей» в состав ВСУ должны входить 48 судей, на данный момент в суде есть одна вакансия судьи. Не исключено, что возможное кадровое пополнение ВСУ связано, в первую очередь, с тем, что вскоре, 13 октября с.г., нынешнему председателю ВСУ Петру Пилипчуку исполнится 65 лет. А это, напомним, предельный возраст для занятия должности судьи, следовательно, уже этой осенью Пленум ВСУ должен будет избрать нового председателя.
Правда, сам г-н Фесенко, с которым корреспонденту «ЮП» удалось связаться сегодня утром, данную информацию комментировал неохотно. В частности, он сообщил о том, что он не исключает возможность своего перехода в ВСУ. «Может быть», – так на вопрос о перспективах перехода из ВССУ в ВСУ ответил Леонид Фесенко, добавив при этом, что особого желания менять место работы у него пока нет. «Пока никаких сообщений, никаких комментариев по этому поводу я давать не буду», – добавил г-н Фесенко.
