March 16, 2017 the President of Ukraine P. POROSHENKO signed the Law of Ukraine No. 1952-VIII "On amendments to some legislative acts of Ukraine on strengthening responsibility of military personnel and some other persons", according to which amendments to legislative acts of Ukraine.
This Law filled in force on the day following the day of its publication (the Voice of Ukraine from 15.04.2017 No. 70).
In the Code of Ukraine on administrative offences, in particular when it has been completely modified Chapter 13-B "Military administrative offences", the criminal code of Ukraine is supplemented by article 327-1 (Order of serving of arrest with the maintenance on a guardroom). 
Introduced a new concept of a war crime and the amended article 425 - Negligent attitude to military service and article 426 - the inaction of the military power.
In the Charter of internal service of Armed forces of Ukraine and the Charter of garrison and guard services of Armed forces of Ukraine, the word "Ordinary" has replaced the word "Soldier".
The Disciplinary regulations of the Armed forces of Ukraine, part one of the preamble after the words "military function" to add with words "and also conscripts and reservists during the passage fees"; article 4 to add with the paragraph the seventh the following maintenance: "do not use during military service (except for medical purposes), narcotics, psychotropic substances or their analogues, and also not to drink alcohol during the performance of duties of military service"; article 16 to read as follows: "16. To the servicemen who undergo military service under the contract, including the female military personnel undergoing military service as privates, sergeants and sergeants apply for the promotion as set out in article 15 of this Charter, in addition to incentives stipulated by paragraphs "b", "g", "d", "e", "z" specified article".
In article 87, the first sentence of part one the words "not counting time spent by a serviceman to cure or holiday"; added the second part as follows: "a Disciplinary sanction may not be imposed after six months from the date of the offense. To the specified period shall not include the stay of a soldier medical treatment, or vacation, as well as absence without valid reasons".
Article 97 Willie as follows: "97. About subject to disciplinary sanctions of military personnel may be declared personally in a written order (a) at the meeting or before the formation of soldiers with military ranks (officers) not below the ranks (position) soldier who committed the offense. To declare a disciplinary sanction commanders in the presence of subordinates is prohibited."
