О формировании квалификационно-дисциплинарной комиссии адвокатуры Луганской области
Рассмотрев ходатайство Председателя квалификационно-дисциплинарной комиссии адвокатуры Луганской области, выписки из решений общего собрания адвокатов Луганской области от 16.10.2009, 29.01.2010, конференции судей общих местных судов Луганской области от 26.02.2010, собрания Луганского областного отделения Союза адвокатов Украины от 20.02.2010, приказ начальника Главного управления юстиции в Луганской области от 02.03.2010, руководствуясь ст.13 Закона Украины Об адвокатуре, Положением о квалификационно-дисциплинарной комиссии адвокатуры, утвержденным Указом Президента Украины от 05.05.1993 155/93, ч. 2 ст. 43 Закона Украины О местном самоуправлении в Украине, областной совет
РЕШИЛ:
1 Избрать представителем от Луганского областного совета в состав аттестационной палаты квалификационно-дисциплинарной комиссии адвокатуры Луганской области депутата Луганского областного совета Кирилюка Андрея Игоревича.
2 Сформировать квалификационно-дисциплинарную комиссию адвокатуры Луганской области согласно приложению к данному решению в составе двух палат: - аттестационная палата (в количестве 11 членов); - дисциплинарная палата (в количестве 9 членов).
