In his appeal the lawyer Evsyutin A. and the defendant Petrenko V. P. requested an acquittal. However, the APU is only partially agreed with their 
arguments and established a gross violation of the law by the appeal Tribunal, overturned his decision and sent the case for a new appellate review. In this case, only the Supreme court found a violation of the law, despite the fact that the Krasnodon garrison and the court of appeals recognized the inspector Petrenko guilty of crimes under articles 366, 364 of the criminal code of Ukraine. Still there is hope for a fair trial. However, the acquittal is still far .... To be continued .........
P. S. sorry the courts of cassation instance in Ukraine to use the vicious practice of returning cases to lower courts, not wanting to take their own decisions on termination of the case or acquittal. Yes, it is a responsibility, but why the Supreme court is afraid of this responsibility?
